Rates & hire details
Venue hire is available for full-day and half-day bookings, with equipment and catering options available by arrangement.
Venue hire :
- Full day: $260
- Half day: $160, approximately 4 hours
- After-hours charge: $65 for events outside standard office hours

Equipment & facilities
Woodlands provides practical equipment and facilities to support meetings, workshops, seminars and small conferences. Available options include Wi-Fi, a wall-mounted screen, whiteboard markers, photocopying by arrangement, and projector equipment if required.
A data projector is included with venue hire when requested. An overhead projector may also be available for hire. Please confirm your equipment requirements when making your booking so the room can be prepared for your event.

Accommodation
On-site accommodation is available for guests attending residential conferences, multi-day workshops, training sessions or group events. Executive Studio accommodation may be arranged for delegates, presenters or organisers, subject to availability.
Several accommodation units may also be used as breakout spaces if required. Please discuss your accommodation and breakout room requirements when making your enquiry.

Children's parties
Looking for a practical Kerikeri venue for a children’s party during the warmer months? Woodlands offers a covered outdoor area, BBQ facilities, outdoor dining space and access to the pool area, making it a convenient option for relaxed summer birthday parties and small children’s celebrations.
This option is available for children’s parties only and is not offered for weddings, adult parties or other private functions.
Children using the pool area must be supervised by an adult at all times. Venue conditions apply.
