Plan your event refreshments

  • Tea & Coffee station

    Keep things simple with a self-service tea and coffee station for your meeting, workshop or event. This is an easy option for guests who need refreshments available throughout the day, with water also provided.


    • Tea & coffee station : $3.50/person
    • Water : complimentary
  • Morning & afternoon tea

    Add a relaxed break between sessions with morning or afternoon tea options suited to small groups, workshops and training days. Choose from simple platter-style options that are easy to serve and share.


    • Fruit platter & scones with cream and jam : $10.50/person

    • Fruit platter & muffins : $10.50/person

    • Fruit platter & assorted slices/biscuits : $10.50/person

    • Sweets platter (brownies/scones/cupcakes) : $15/person

    • Savoury platter (mini quiche/sausage rolls) : $15/person
  • Lunch options

    For longer events, Woodlands can provide a practical lunch option designed for groups who need something simple, fresh and easy to manage. Lunch can be arranged around a make-your-own bun, wrap or sandwich format, with savoury items, sweets and fruit also available.


    • Make-your-own-wrap-sandwich with a selection of assorted bread, rolls and wraps and a selection of cold cuts, chicken beef, pastrami, ham and salami

    • Fresh salads, cheese, tomatoes, pickles and a selection of salad dressings

    • Assorted savouries and quiches

    • Assorted slices or muffins

    • Fresh fruit platter
  • Children's party catering

    For approved summer childrens' parties, catering options can be discussed as part of your venue booking request. Woodlands can help with practical food and refreshment arrangements to suit the party style, guest numbers and use of the outdoor areas.

  • Dietary requirements

    Please let Woodlands know about any dietary requirements when completing your venue booking request. Special dietary needs can usually be discussed in advance, and an additional $5/person applies depending on the requirements.

  • External catering

    External catering may be possible by arrangement. If outside catering is supplied and Woodlands plates, cutlery or platters are required, a $3/person cleaning fee may apply. Please discuss external catering plans before confirming your booking.
